Easy Sheet Pan Pancakes (One-Pan Breakfast!)
All the fluffy pancake goodness—none of the flipping. Bake once, slice, and feed the whole crew fast.

In our home, I try to keep cooking as safe and low-tox as possible. From bakeware to utensils, I look for stainless steel, glass, and wood options instead of plastics and coatings that might leach chemicals over time.
Here are a few of my favorite low-tox kitchen items I use when making this recipe:
- Sheet Pan
- Parchment Paper(I'm still making my way through all of costco's parchment paper.)
- Mixing Bowls & Whisk
- Measuring Cups & Spoons
- Cooking Spray or extra butter for greasing
- Maple Syrup for serving
Sheet Pan Pancakes
Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 2 Tbsp. baking powder
- ½ tsp. salt
- 2 ½ cups milk
- 2 large eggs
- 6 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 ½ tsp. vanilla extract
- Optional toppings: blueberries, chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, sliced strawberries
Instructions
- Prep: Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or grease with butter or cooking spray.
- Dry: In a large mixing bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Wet: In a medium bowl, whisk milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla.
- Combine: Pour wet into dry; mix until just combined (some lumps = fluffier pancakes).
- Pan & Toppings: Pour batter into pan, spread evenly. Add toppings; section the pan for variety if you like.
- Bake: 12–15 minutes, until golden and a toothpick in the center comes out clean.
- Serve: Cool slightly, slice into squares, and serve with maple syrup, powdered sugar, or whipped cream.
Tip: Leftovers freeze well. Reheat squares in the toaster oven or air fryer for crisp edges.
